Account and registration

Liga1001 services are available only in jurisdictions where online gaming is legal under local law. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. From the login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your liga1001 account. We send a password reset link to that email within minutes. Click the link in the email to set a new password. For security, your password reset link is valid for 1 hour only. Once you've set a new password, you can log in immediately. If you do not receive the reset email within subject to verification, check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact our support team via in-app chat with your email address and account username, and we'll help you regain access.

Log in to your liga1001 account and navigate to Settings. Under Account Preferences, you can update your phone number, email address, language setting, and notification frequency. We can place your account on hold for a specified period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days), during which you cannot access games, deposit, or withdraw. You can request the pause to be lifted at any time. Account pausing does not affect your balance or tier status.

Payments and transactions

Liga1001 accepts deposits via six channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and direct bank transfers (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet). Minimum deposit amounts are our welcome offer–10,000 for digital wallets and mobile banking; our welcome offer for bank transfers. Maximum single-deposit amounts vary by account tier: Bronze our welcome offer per day; Silver our welcome offer; Gold our welcome offer; Platinum our welcome offer. Daily limits reset at midnight Jakarta time. Your tier advances automatically based on cumulative activity. If you reach your daily limit and wish to deposit more, you can do so after midnight, or contact support to discuss tier advancement.

Liga1001 does not apply any fees to deposits or withdrawals. You deposit and withdraw the exact amount you specify. However, your payment provider (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees; those fees are disclosed before you confirm the transaction and are set by the provider, not by liga1001. We recommend reviewing your payment provider's fee schedule before depositing. For withdrawals, we credit your account with your requested amount; your bank or wallet then processes the incoming transfer and applies any fee they charge, which you see in your statement with the bank or wallet, not in your liga1001 account.

Games and markets

RTP stands for Return To Player. It is the percentage of all wagered money that a slot game is mathematically designed to return to players over millions of spins. For example, a slot returns our welcome offer per our welcome offer wagered on average—over an extended period, not on every spin. Individual sessions vary widely; you might win large on one session and lose on the next. RTP is certified by independent auditors and is published in each game's information panel before you play.
